RETURN POLICY

I. Return Policy at Phu Bach Viet

All items purchased from kittoyvn.com can be returned within 3 days for customers in Ho Chi Minh City and within 7 days for customers in other areas, starting from the date of receipt. We only accept returns for products that are defective due to manufacturing faults and have not been used,  including:

  • The packaging is intact and not damaged.
  • All parts, components, and accessories are complete.
  • Warranty labels, brand labels, technical instructions, and accompanying gifts (if any) must be intact and complete.
  • The product is not dirty, scratched, broken, damaged, has no strange odor, or signs of prior use.

The return process will be initiated when the product is returned to the warehouse of kittoyvn.com. We will follow the necessary steps to check the quality of the product and proceed with either exchanging/replacing the item or issuing a refund as per the customer’s request within the following 7 days.

Note: 

** For customers in Ho Chi Minh City, you can directly contact the return/exchange department at the warehouse located at 389 Binh Loi Street, Ward 13, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. 

** For customers in other provinces, please carefully consider whether your product meets the return criteria or not according to the specified regulations, or directly contact the shop for further consultation, and then send the product to the shop’s warehouse address mentioned above.

kittoyvn.com encourages customers to inspect the external condition of the product before making payment to ensure that the delivered goods match the type, quantity, and color specified in the order, and that the external condition is not affected (broken/scratched/dented/torn). If such a case occurs, please refuse to accept the delivery and/or immediately inform our customer support department so that we can take timely action.

In the event that a customer has made payment, received the goods, and subsequently discovers that the goods are broken/scratched/dented/torn, incorrect, or missing, please take photos of the product and send them to our email address to receive further assistance, such as exchange/return or delivery of the missing product to you.

Beyond the specified time limit from the date of receiving the goods, we reserve the right to refuse support for complaints based on the above content.

II. Refund Methods

Depending on the evaluation result of the product quality after the customer’s return to the warehouse, kittoyvn.com will provide the following refund methods:

  • Exchange for a new product of the same type.
  • Cash refund.
  • Bank transfer based on the information provided by the customer.
